I read something saying install the drivers first or it'll act in mobile phone mode (i.e. only 40% region), so I'll definitely do that.
Also, I do still have a DVD drive, though I can't remember last time I put anything in it.

Would you make an unboxing video for us when it arrives?

Haven't used mine in 2 years (
:$
) but plugged it in today and it works! Installed drivers from huion site and was good to go.
Not sure if a tablet is any good for cad, but will have a proper play tomorrow (NJ) and see if I can set up the buttons in a sensible fashion to make it usable.

When I was doing 3d stuffs, a tablet (even a wacom 4x6") was great for building the spline models.

What sort of 3D? I can see it being ace for direct modelling like Blender etc., but CAD is very keyboard/number driven. Organic shapes are much less common.

Drill Your Own Hole, the first album by the awesome Gaye Bykers on Acid. In some lists as the best album gimmick ever, the first thousand pressings allegedly didn't have a hole in the centre. It wasn't exactly true - they just didn't have holes in the label. That there is an ultra-rare 'undrilled' copy.
