If it shows up in iTunes you can restore it from there.
Haha. iTunes? No I don't have that.
Just delete any database looking files from it when you plug it into the computer.
Or install iTunes
Write an interpreter on an arduino and use that to rebuild the database?
I just tried that now. I deleted the iTunes folder and now there's no music showing up but also I song aeem to be able to add music with Winamp.
Possibly not the easiest solution. Not sure what is yet though. Could I also add LEDs to it?
Don't see why not. LEDs are cool.
I installed iTunes this morning to sort it out. I'm glad I did, had a 7 hour journey to Hawkhurst for a wedding. Couldn't quite figure out iTunes so used Yamipod to copy the music across. Actually I used that for the first, Frozen, then it crashed, and I dragged the other folders straight to the IPod in iTunes.
As long as you turn off automatic syncing then iTunes is the easiest way to do it.
I've ended up corrupting my brothers ipod too many times trying to use 3rd party software.
What doea auto syncing do? I haven't used my iPod for years. I think the last time I used it I used Winamp to copy stuff across.
